A short note about who built this site and what was involved.
Frozen IT's site was designed and built by Smashed Avo, a digital agency based in Melbourne. Smashed Avo works with owner-operated businesses on websites that earn their keep: strategy, design, build and ongoing iteration.
The site runs on Astro and React, with Tailwind for the design system and a static build suited to fast, secure delivery. The design direction keeps the site calm, senior-led and practical, which fits Frozen IT better than faceless helpdesk noise.
